3. 8 Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description SUMMARY The Brand Account Manager is responsible for planning, managing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives throughout the Emagine chain. . This position will establish, maintain, and oversee all promotions and in-theatre marketing efforts. This position is also responsible for planning and scheduling marketing promotions, identifying skills and resources to deliver the promotions, and managing the promotions to completion on time and within budget. . ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management Establish goals and objectives for each project and manage timeline to ensure deadlines are met Balance competing demands for quality, scope, time, and cost of each project Identify project risks and escalate issues in a proactive manner when necessary Produce and maintain in-theatre marketing plan updates Resolve conflict quickly to keep projects moving forward and functioning at a high level Establish quarterly marketing meetings at each theatre location, and provide theatre support as needed Supervise approvals and partnership with agency partners Promotion Planning Oversee all in-theatre marketing efforts, including digital signage and placement of marketing materials Maintain promo code tracking on a monthly basis, and provide month end marketing reports by the 5th of each month Act as a liaison between theatres and marketing team and address or escalate any issues as they arise Manage and grow loyalty program Prepare and communicate weekly promotions for all theatre locations Review and approve all on screen advertising Ensure weekly trailer packs meet Emagine and Studio requirements Manage marketing AOR’s at each location and run a monthly call and weekly email Studio Communication Support the development and maintenance of excellent relationships with studio vendors Assist in communication with the Studio Marketing Representatives to obtain marketing tools Other Duties Other duties may be assigned by the CMO that are determined necessary in order to successfully carry out the goals of Marketing Operations.
