Marketing Manager
EHS Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a “can-do”
attitude and a willingness to hit the ground running to tackle challenging, hard-to-fill recruiting

What you’ll be doing:
Bring your ideas, experience, and technical skills to our clients.
Manage daily marketing calendar of events
Client management
Marketing research and presentation of research
Working on employer branding content and communications and partnering with social
media and creative teams
Manage day-to-day planning and execution—coordinating timelines, project lists, status
reports, and communications.
Create and manage critical market hiring strategies necessary to achieve our annual hiring
objectives
Foster consistent measurement and robust analysis to track, and continuously improve,
the effectiveness of our recruitment marketing efforts.
Provide the expertise to optimally refresh and leverage the employment brand to
maximize awareness and motivate candidates to action.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of demonstrated marketing experience and a track record of meeting marketing
goals in tough markets- home services background is ideal
Deep knowledge of marketing channel mix including emerging media, technologies and
traditional
Demonstrated relationship building, project management and/or agency account
management experience
Preferred experience and technical skills in recruitment marketing technology (Phenom,
Symphony, Beamery, TalentBrew, etc.) and knowledge of applicant tracking systems
(Workday, iCIMS, JazzHR)
Expert knowledge of best practices in candidate & employee experience
Process-oriented, and well organized; able to bring alignment behind an initiative, keep it
on track, and lead it through successful execution
Strong analytical skills
