Perform financial analysis to support business planning and decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the US Payroll accountability of the company, including Reconciliations, audit processes, Journal Entries and General Ledger uploads

• Perform general accounting monthly reconciliation across various key accounts for payroll

• Collaborate with various departments to update, forecast, and evaluate changes for payroll expenditures for the coming year based on headcount projects; and perform periodic adjustments as needed per month.

• Analyze payroll information for anomalies in account trends

• Provide analyzed data for other departments such as Corporate Tax, Risk Management, Benefits, Equity, etc. to accomplish company required audits

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, or 2 years of previous experience in related tasks required

Additional Skills:

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Good computer skills in MS Office Suite required; integrated systems (e.g, JDE) and payroll systems (e.g UKG, Kronos) preferred

• Good communication, interpersonal relationship, and negotiation skills

• Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English

• Moderate knowledge of Accounting concepts and principles

• Strict attention to detail

• Must be able to work in a team environment under moderate supervision
