Position Purpose
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing successful operations in the region. Primarily, the Regional Manager must ensure timely recruitment of host families within the region. Once the students arrive, the Regional Manager will ensure that the host families and students are adequately supported through excellent customer service. The Regional Manager will partner with local schools and organizations to help build a strong network and presence in the region and create a solid reputation for Educatius in the community. This position reports to the Vice President of Student Placements, and individuals must be able to work remotely and travel.
Essential Functions
· Drive the timely recruitment of host families to ensure timely student placements that meet customer deadlines.
· Screen host families to ensure the families meet quality standards.
· Manage a team of local recruiters.
· Organize and attend local host family recruitment events and initiatives.
· Network in the region to establish a positive reputation for Educatius and build partnerships that help with student placements.
· Recruit, train, and manage the team of local host family recruiters.
· Provide support to students, local recruiters, and host families throughout the year to ensure satisfaction.
· Communicate with global agents regarding student issues and special needs.
· Work with schools in the region to build a strong relationship and acquire proper documentation for students.
· Follow up on leads generated from social media campaigns and track in database
· Occassional travel is expected for company-wide meetings, visits to schools, or support of local coordinators.
Work Environment
· The position is remote if the Regional Manager lives outside of Boston. If the candidate lives in Boston, the position allows the candidate to work from home, but there would be some occasional days in the Boston office.
· Preferred candidate lives anywhere in the Northeast.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
