About the Position
This position provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Executive Director of Business and Finance and coordinates various aspects of the department. Performs financial reporting and accounting functions and oversees certain state and district reports in assigned areas; interacts with the public and other district employees using tact, exercises discretion regarding communication of sensitive information, and is expected to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and proficiency. Required Qualifications
Five or more years of administrative support experience with demonstrated expertise in anticipating and fulfilling the needs and priorities of an executive.
Licenses/Special Requirements
Possession of or willingness to obtain Washington State Notary Public certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly motivated, organized individual with demonstrated experience in executive level support. Previous experience in public employment, preferably in a school district setting.
Salary
2022-23 Salary Schedule Range: $86,108 to $87,643 annually.
8 hours a day – continuing
260 days a year

Our benefits package includes Washington state health insurance coverage (SEBB) and a Washington state retirement package for eligible positions. Eligibility for health insurance at the time of hire is determined by holding at least a .5 FTE continuing contract position, or being hired into a non-continuing position that is anticipated to reach 630 hours during the school year. Eligibility for retirement at the time of hire is determined by holding at least a .6 FTE contract (continuing or non-continuing).
