Responsibilities – Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk:

• Verify/Post Vendor Invoices
• Reconcile Monthly Vendor Statements
• Finalize Daily Deposit
• Compile Weekly Commission report (Excel)
• Communicate with AR customers for payment
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications – Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk:

• Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Accounts payable / receivable, general office experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Computer literacy/Excel helpful
• Good communication skills
• Dependable
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance
