Sween is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minority / Female / Veteran / Disability Role Summary : The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing digital campaigns across the spectrum of B2B and B2C communications, to drive growth with E.
A. Sween customers and consumers. This individual will partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and effectively support the sales process, drive lead generation, and promote customer retention.
This position will also be responsible for understanding our brand promises, positionings, consumer segmentations and buyer journeys, in order to effectively drive awareness, conversion and loyalty for our branded product portfolio.
O ther duties as assigned. Essential Competencies : · Consumer – Digital Management o In conjunction with the Marketing Communication Specialist, develop and execute digital plans to drive awareness of the E.
A. Sween’s brands nationally. o Oversee and maintain a consistent digital presence across EA Sween brand social and digital channels.
o Build marketing and communication launch plans for new product and partner features o Liaise with internal teams such as product, creative, and business intelligence to support overall company success · B2B Digital Management o Deploy and manage marketing tactics to drive and support the sales funnel, including digital media, print media, email, case studies, events, and webinars o Oversee and maintain a consistent digital presence across EAS B2B social and digital channels o Manage B2B communication and messaging on website, blog, and partner emails / sms o Leverage in-market performance tracking to optimize results o Lead customer journey work, mapping critical customer journeys and moments that matter to inform campaign priorities o Leverage target persona insights to identify opportunities for further segmentation to increase campaign personalization efforts · Reporting and Analysis o Develop, manage and execute plans for the creation, publication, governance and measurement of digital content o Optimize information architecture / UX, site usability, conversion and overall effectiveness of social and digital channels o Establish tracking, testing and measurement processes for digital content, demand generation and online advertising o Continuously monitor, analyze, and report consumer, competitive, category, customer, and channel activities to uncover insights that lead to actionable opportunities for the business.
o Conduct keyword research to ensure sites are optimized and ads are targeted for the appropriate terms o Create and implement SEO best practices and optimization o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) o Provide content optimization recommendations for existing campaigns, content and digital media assets.
Leadership and Teamwork o Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver business objectives. Create effective sell stories to gain strong trade support and product distribution using relevant category and consumer data.
o Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to define a clear strategy o Partner with marketing leadership to build brand strength inside and outside the organization, supporting the development and deployment of content strategy o Provide regular and continual feedback and support.
