Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Compliance: $63,000 – $80,000 annually

Purpose & Summary: As the Corporate Compliance Manager you will be a key component in overseeing and evaluating the day-to-day company level compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory, certification and risk management requirements for Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. Your keen eye for detail and ability to translate business needs into the existing compliance infrastructure is crucial for ongoing success. Using your critical thinking skills you will offer guidance to advance company goals, ensure internal processes and policies are effective and efficient, and guarantee compliance obligations are organized and tracked. In this role, your primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to: providing guidance to direct and indirect team members, upholding industry legal and certification requirements, determine metrics and operationalize the system for performance management, evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, and perform compliance audits. The successful candidate will combine their exceptional communication skills with a good understanding of the industry best practices to establish themselves as a strong business partner.
Day-to-Day responsibilities may include:
Manage, implement, evaluate and improve upon the day-to-day operations of Dynamic Lifecycle Innovation’s Compliance programs.
Evaluate internal and external issues affecting Dynamic’s business operations with consideration for the concerns and requirements of interested internal and external stakeholders, governing bodies and certification entities.
Support in developing and managing the risk management infrastructure to protect Dynamic’s interests.
Monitor control systems to deal with violations and establish corrective action response plans accordingly when issues arise.
Prepare action plans to decrease risk factors and gather information to objectively perform risk assessments.
Lead team member training sessions on compliance requirements and supervise the compliance department team members in day to day responsibilities.
Encourage team members to develop professionally and achieve objectives and priorities.
Solicit input, provide evaluation and feedback and offer constructive criticism when necessary to direct and indirect team members.
Organize and manage domestic and international desktop and onsite evaluations of vendors in accordance with certification standards.
Write reports as necessary for customers regarding downstream vendor compliance.
With the assistance of the Compliance team, collect and house appropriate documentation to maintain consistent audit readiness.
Lead and act as point person for customer and certification audits of our WI and TN facilities.
Maintain control of other Federal, State, and Local audits throughout the year.
Gather the necessary team to provide all the documentation for auditors and customers and answers to questions they may have regarding quality, environmental, health, and safety systems.
Lead corrective action initiatives that result from non-conformities of customer or compliance.
Provide recommendations and decisions on which elements should be assessed. Attend professional industry meetings, conventions to represent Dynamic’s interest or gain specific knowledge applicable to improve Dynamic’s business.
Write, review, and edit compliance policies and procedures based on regulatory, customer, and certification requirements.
Collaborate with different units of the business to create compliance systems that aid operations and sales in strategic business growth while maintaining a high standard of compliance.
Optimize internal processes to make them more efficient, accurate, reliable and on-time to satisfy the internal and external customer requirements.
Perform formal and informal training to ensure employee knowledge and retention.
Assist with ensuring training information is effective.
Ensure there is a systematic approach to track training by team members.
Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or Related Field and three years of experience in regulatory compliance, auditing, operations management, human resources, inspections, consulting or management. Additional qualifications include:

Ability to develop, lead, and implement systems to manage, retain, and meet compliance/certifications requirements
Ability to travel up to 20%
