Job Description
Full Time Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Dunn Lumber operates a fully in-house accounting department. Accounts Receivable is responsible for reviewing customer account information, correcting errors or discrepancies, and ensuring accounts are billed and payments collected. We are looking to hire a responsive problem-solver and detail-oriented candidate with excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team by managing incoming phone calls, emails, and reports from our retail stores.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The corporate office is located directly above the Lake Union retail location.
Qualifications
Employee must possess the ability to perform the following duties:
Education and/or Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or accounting is preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have competent knowledge of 10 key typing skills and general computer proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) programs. Salesforce or similar software experience is a plus!
