Responsibilities:
- Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options
- Present service contracts, GAP, etc.
- Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
- The F&I Manager is responsible for tracking and collecting receivables.
- Attention to detail with paperwork and knowledge of automotive financing is a MUST
- Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
- Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in new & used F&I management, if not you need not apply
- Self-motivated and high-energy personality
- Strong attention to details and works well in a process driven environment
- Proven track record in the auto industry is a must
- Must provide favorable references.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
