Finance Director for Independent Dealer
** $100,000 to $150,000+/yr (based on experience/performance) **

We are a successful, multi-million dollar independent “buy-here-pay here” auto dealer is seeking a data-driven, analytical Finance Director at our Lee’s Summit, MO location. This position reports directly to ownership and will lead and build a finance department & collections team of 15-20 people, with the objective of growing the business portfolio.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Stable employment history with a minimum of 5+ years in banking finance as a Senior Collector, or any banking finance position
- Experience running a finance department & collections is REQUIRED
- A data-driven individual with the ability to analyze information and solve problems by making informed decisions
- Strong technology & computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great people skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve individual & over-all team goals
- Ability to lead, coach & train collections personnel to maximize and grow the company business portfolio
- A pro-active individual that is willing to not only instruct the team on what to do, but someone who is willing to show them through “doing”
- Strong attention to detail
- Driver’s License (Required)

- Great Compensation: $80,000/yr Base+Commissions+Bonuses Offering Yearly Potential of $100,000-$150,000+/yr (based on performance/exp/skill)
