You are a motivated Regional Manager with a keen eye on how to oversee and grow our Retail business operations. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating a strong team of brand ambassadors and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As a Regional Manager, your duties also include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld. To be successful as a Regional Manager, you should be able to lead, hire, retain, assess talent and create succession plans, to ensure operations run smoothly. Achieve revenue targets while ensuring a consistently high quality Customer Experience and understanding of the Dr. Martens brand and strategic imperatives. Ultimately, success will be to be able to perform efficiently in a high- pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Strong partnerships, and as a manager to other managers, you will have an opportunity to truly invest in others. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Provide leadership and direct Multi-Store Manager and Store Managers in all phases of store operations: merchandising, visuals, talent.
Drive productivity of store teams to achieve financial, revenue and expense targets through preparing and setting performance objectives. Full responsibility for region P+L’s.
Monitors sales forecasts to ensure labor is utilized to optimize traffic and sales.
Recruit and selects high potential talent; assesses for skill and cultural fit.
Motivates others to deliver high performance through consistent coaching and feedback
Ensures succession plans are in place for critical roles.
Establish and foster an optimistic, inclusive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
Builds effective relationships with field and HQ partners
Support the fleet with new store openings and involvement in the community.
Represents brand within their region, has an understanding of our competitors and identifies trends. Respond quickly to internal and external Customer escalations.
Ensures compliance to all Federal, State, and Dr. Martens employment requirement

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of retail management experience; multi-unit experience preferred
Superior written and verbal communications skills
Excellent leadership and decision making and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills to analyze the culture, implement change, and measure results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization
Demonstrates ability to deliver results through motivation, accountability, and collaboration
Demonstrates creativity and innovation in problem solving
Established time management skills and effective planning and prioritizing skills
Travel up to 50% required domestically; up to 5% international travel.
Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40+ hours per week, with or without accommodations.
