Senior Tax Associate

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit firm in South Massachusetts who retain their staff extremely well. There’s 20 people here and many have been with the firm for over 10 years.
I asked the Partner why his retention was so good. His response was, We’re just a really nice bunch and we look after our team. We celebrate milestones together, there’s a great social side to the firm and we have each other’s backs.
And how does 100% single plan health insurance cover sound? You’ll get that too.
You’ll get 4 week’s PTO, which includes the firm closing for Christmas week and 4th of July week.
The firm is small enough that you’ll get direct interaction with the Managing Partner and they have a broad client base too, meaning you won’t be stuck in a niche like you can be with some of the bigger firms.
You’ll be preparing a variety of tax returns for individuals, corporates (mainly S-Corps) and non-profits. You’ll also get involved with Trust and Estate work too.
The position would suit someone who has circa 3 years’ experience in a small to mid-sized CPA firm.
