Responsibilities :
Lead, coach, and inspire team while championing their professional development
Develop a deep understanding of the business (WDW and DVC) while providing proactive and objective financial insight that will inform and influence decision making
Collaborate, communicate, and develop strong working relationships with WDW Resort Operations leadership teams
Lead ad hoc projects that support the organization and WDW Resort Operations
Provide critical inputs that inform the Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and quarterly forecasts
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of five years of related experience
Excel, SAP, Longview, PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Detail oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines; anticipate change and respond to operational needs and priorities with agility
Objectively embraces new thoughts and ideas, focused on continuous improvement
Understands and presents complex business issues and solves problems creatively as a credible, approachable partner on financial matters
Demonstrated ability to understand the unique aspect of the client they support and how financial choices impact their business
Proven track record of positive leadership skills with an ability to inspire the team, quickly adapting leadership style to meet the needs of the business and environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to simplify complex issues and incorporates effective “storytelling” to engage and influence the audience
Ability to deliver presentations and communication to audiences of all levels persuasively, articulately and with full command of the topic
Required Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Preferred Education :
Master’s degree or equivalent
