The Senior IT Manager of Roaming and Commissions is responsible for the systems that manage our settlement obligations for network, roaming and commission costs. The primary function of this role is building a team that manages the core validation systems for large third party integrated costs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The roles primary responsibility with the team is to develop and maintain the network settlement, roaming and commissions systems for the Retail Wireless business.
Overall
Manage Vendor Relationships and resources to build and maintain platforms
Manage tight deadlines on complex deliverables to meet business needs
Escalate issues appropriately with clear and concise root cause analysis and remediation recommendations
Present project timelines, objectives and progress to executive management
Settlements
Develop and maintain platform to rate MVNO Network costs
Integration of new acquisitions data records and rating elements
Migration of customer base to MNO Roaming Agreements
Ingestion of additional rate/volume cost structures
Support Business Operating groups
Roaming
Develop and maintain roaming settlement platform for inbound and outbound usage, costs and net payments
Manage ingestion and rating of Data Records for settlement
Support business transition from current TAP/NRTRDE traffic files to BCE home network architecture for roaming cost management
Commissions
Develop and maintain platform to support commissions calculations for wireless dealer network
Manage data sources for rating and compilation of commission values
Integrate platform for flexibility of compensation structures for new rate plans, devices, promotions, bundles or other complex business requirements
Test and support new commission structures for system completeness and accuracy
Test and Support new acquisitions and migration to platform
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Qualifications:
Experience leading and managing high performing teams
Experience in managing complex system requirements
Experience with wireless business cost structures including Roaming,
7+ years experience managing direct reports
7+ years experience in Wireless and/or Telecom Industries
