) Manage teams and projects related to internal controls and audits (external contractors and/or internal teammate) Evaluate internal controls requirements by preparing control documentations, testing, and monitoring control compliance for Business Process and IT General Controls Manage audit and SOX-related deliverables and timelines Identify risk and compliance deficiencies and work with internal departments to execute remediations Facilitate SOX compliance training Perform or assist with annual operational audits, as needed What you should have 8
years’ experience Experience in IT General Controls Experience implementing and proficiency with maintaining AuditBoard tool Experience performing audits at a publicly traded company Working familiarity with SOX Act of 2002 and GAAP Bonus points Big 4 public accounting/Early-stage company/pre-IPO to post IPO a plus CPA or CIA certification New York City residents only:
Minimum salary of $133,000/year
