The DIRECTV Retention Strategy team is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and analytical leader to join. This leader will develop the retention strategy and create offers for existing satellite customers. The focus will be leading a team of strategists to create identify pockets of opportunity to improve saves and optimize spend. This leader will need to also have sound financial thinking and able to pivot quickly in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape. You will work cross-functionally to help guide the overall churn forecast and put offers into market that enhance customers price/value equation.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote
