DIRECTV is looking to add a Lead Tax Analyst to its Tax Team. The position is virtual and DIRECTV will consider candidates from most U.S. locations. The DIRECTV Tax Team oversees planning and reporting for all taxes and manages relationships with outside vendors who assist in meeting the company’s tax reporting obligations.
Overall Purpose:
DIRECTV’s Lead Tax Analyst performs tax accounting and budgeting for multiple tax types and supports all areas of the business to ensure compliance with information reporting requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s in Tax and/or CPA preferred.
Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of relevant tax experience in a multi-state environment. Experience with Canada and/or Puerto Rico a plus.
