This position is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and execution. This includes managing, planning, and organizing the resources, team, and resident’s admission process within the rules, standards, and laws of the Federal, State and County governments, as well as within the guidelines of the community. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment when interacting with referral resources, prospective customers and their families and making a decision related to new move-ins. This position regularly applies sales and marketing principles when interacting with healthcare professionals including, but not limited to members of hospitals, home health agencies, case managers, surrounding nursing homes and physicians in private practice for purposes of generating referrals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
o Ability to read, write, speak, listen, and understand the English language.
o Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
o Ability to effectively present and communicate information and respond to questions.
Reasoning Ability
o Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
