We’re seeking a Relationship Manager to work with Ric Edelman, one of the most successful and influential people in the financial services field, and founder of the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals (DACFP.com). As Relationship Manager, you’ll ensure that our sponsors are thrilled with their experience by helping them get the most from our services and their relationship with us.
You’ll ensure we deliver on all aspects of our agreements, fostering retention and enhancement of existing relationships as well as acquisition of new relationships. You will be our key advocate internally and externally for our sponsors, and you’ll work closely with our clients to identify and develop new ways we can serve them.
Duties include:
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with sponsors regarding deadlines, projects, and events
· Act as a liaison with our operations and marketing teams to ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract obligations
· Assist in facilitating planning and communication with sponsors and attendees for our events
· Assist as needed with projects and events within the larger team
· Seek out opportunities to cross sell and upsell within the sponsor organizations

You have 2+ years of experience working with RIAs and financial advisors. Knowledge of blockchain and digital assets is a plus.
