Summary of Position:
The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for the sales and collections activities in the store. Assists the Store Manager in duties required in the day to day operation of the store. Directs and coordinates collection and call activities of Route Managers. Recommends duties associated with the collections of non-paying customers. Perform new customer rentals. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and perform under pressure.
Job Duties Include:
Maintain monthly/weekly collection and sales goals. Collection calls, telemarketing and field runs. Collect and input rental payments including field payments. Train, audit, and supervise activities of Route Managers and Rental Reps. Conduct performance reviews. All other store operations including building, inventory and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· 2 or more years experience managing 5 or more employees
· Guam drivers license
· Able to lift 50lbs or more
· Reliable transportation
· Excellent communication and sales skills
· Ability to meet month/weekly deadlines
· Must be able to work under pressure
