Delta Galil Industries Looking for Senior Finance Manager at Secaucus, NJ Full Time

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Senior Finance Manager will be principally responsible for leading the financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of the ‘7 For All Mankind’ brand in the US, which operates via Wholesale, ecommerce, and 50+ retail locations.

Reporting into the Senior Director of FP&A USA, this role will also work closely the Global 7FAM CFO, and oversee two direct reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Construct financial models to evaluate potential opportunities, real estate deals, and other ad-hoc analysis

· Prepare and review monthly results packages, including financial statements and detailed sales analysis by channel

· Preparation of quarterly board reports, budget packages, and other schedules as required to HQ

· Review and be responsible for the work of two direct reports

· Control and report on inventory levels by participating in purchase approval process in collaboration with Sales and Demand Planning

· Reviewing and taking responsibility for judgement-based reserves (Bad Debt, Inventory Obsolescence, Retail Impairment, etc).

· Support the broader Delta Galil US Finance team as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· 7+ years related experience, ideally with exposure to supporting wholesale and retail (brick and mortar + ecommerce) sales teams

· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus

· Strong organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail

· Familiarity with sales and inventory costing, journal entries and general ledger analysis

· Strong Excel skills, use of advanced Office 365 formulas and functions

· Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with authority in a matrix environment

· Team player and problem solver in a demanding deadline-driven setting
