Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Delta 360 will be integral to both defining and implementing the financial strategy of the company. This position is not only critical for managing Delta 360’s financial operations but also for providing strategic leadership to align these financial initiatives with broader business objectives. The CFO will oversee all fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is met. Beyond these responsibilities, the CFO will engage in high-level strategic planning and financial management to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth while mitigating financial risks. A significant aspect of the role involves maintaining and cultivating relationships with senior management, external partners, stakeholders, and financial institutions. These relationships are crucial for securing favorable terms on funding and ensuring that financial services are aligned with the company’s strategic needs. Additionally, the CFO will lead M&A initiatives from due diligence through to integration, aligning acquisitions with strategic goals and managing post-merger integrations to optimize outcomes. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who will guide and enhance the finance department’s overall operation and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Assure legal and tax documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key banking partners to enhance financial flexibility and support for corporate financing, including negotiating credit lines, loans, and other financial services.
• Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely monthly financial statements, which will provide critical financial insights and support strategic decision-making processes across the company.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Manage financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Review all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures.
• Lead M&A initiatives, from due diligence through integration, aligning acquisitions with the company’s strategic goals.
• Guide the finance department’s leadership team in achieving departmental objectives.

Requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or CFA is highly preferred.
• CFO Work Experience: Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role with at least 5+ years in a CFO or equivalent position, ideally in Industrial sectors.
• Budget Management: Extensive experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and corporate finance.
• Structured Financial Planning: Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, risk management, and corporate finance.
• M&A Experience: Demonstrated success of M&A activity, including post-merger integration.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with a history of managing and coaching senior finance teams.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
