$457,920 Annual Salary Guarantee ($265/hr.)

$25,000 Sign on Bonus

$4000 CME annually

12 hour shifts/12 shifts monthly mostly days; double coverage

1.5 Patients/hour

APP’s supported (36 hours)

Annual Pt. Volumes: Site 1=28,000, Site 2=15,000, Site 3=9,000

Recent Board Eligible or Board Certified

ABEM Required

Full Time and Part Time Considered

Independent Functioning and APP Supervision

Work well in Team Environment
