Work you’ll do:
This person will use SAFE methodology to bring their point of view to support the Product Owner of Finance solution to lead the integration between stakeholders and the solutions team to manage the product strategy in the short, medium and long term. This person will also contribute to stories definition and backlog prioritization to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptional and technical integrity of the solution.

• Facilitate the relationship with stakeholders being the single point of contact for critical/strategic definitions on the solution
• Contribute to the decision-making process and definitions on any critical change/enhancements that could impact the solution integrity
• Understand the stakeholders priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owner to define processes/guidelines/best practices with regards to Finance solutions
• Generate reports with regards to KPIs and progress that allow us to measure the progress and effectiveness of Finance processes
• Actively participate and provide guidelines on estimates/timeline/budget processes
• Provide input on the roadmap progress and future roadmap with stakeholders and other streams.
• Recommend product change/enhancements once a product has been deployed
• Research and identify client need and seek to understand business drivers for the specific technology area(s)
• Be a customer/user advocate
• Propose and contribute in the design of new functionality to enhance system performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Experience leading mid-size to large implementation projects
• Must have participated and been part of at least 3 full cycle implementations of SAP FICO
• SAP FICO support/implementation/consulting experience
• Experience leading stakeholder communications
• SAP FICO experience of Business Process Mapping and gap analysis

Preferred:

• 4+ years’ experience with SAP FI-CO application configuration and support experience. Same as S/4 HANA conversion experience.
• SAFe Agile methodology knowledge (certified is a plus)
• Knowledge of Integration aspects with other modules i.e. HR, SD, PM
