Work you’ll do
Identify control deficiencies and document business processes
Lead and manage ERP financial system implementation and system testing
Work with government leaders, product owners, and end-users to understand current state business processes, develop future state processes with next generation systems/applications, delivery training, risk management, and successfully support end-user adoption
Advise our clients on technical accounting and internal controls matters
Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff
Participate in pre-sales, proposal and RFP initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, business, finance or another business-related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
5+ years of experience in finance transformation and business process improvement
5+ years of relevant consulting experience
Experience coaching and mentoring others
Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solvin g, and decision-makin g abilities
Experience managing senior-level client relationships
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
Ability to travel 50%-60%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and the industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
MBA
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,250K to $170K.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
