Position Reports to: M&A Tax Service Line Leader
Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) plays an integral role in supporting the success of the M&A practice by providing a variety of strategic project and operational services to the M&A Tax team. The role supports a wide range of M&A initiatives from marketplace to talent to operations to innovation. The PM will work with many members of the M&A leadership team, as well as members of the cross-functional MARS platform.
The PM will coordinate, execute, and deliver work products on behalf of the team. The PM will provide excellent customer service, possess a high degree of self-confidence and executive presence, exercise discretion and diplomacy in all interactions, have the ability to proactively anticipate and manage challenges, be a self-starter with strong abilities to manage multiple responsibilities, work efficiently, and remain flexible to changes in schedule and work hours (including flexibility to work overtime as required).
