Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Effectively manage collection accounts assigned by making timely collection of all accounts while maintaining good customer relations and a positive attitude.
Contact customers regarding past due or upcoming accounts due, by making telephone calls or sending written communication assuring a commitment for payment of outstanding invoices.
Stay engaged to establish professional rapport during the collections process to ensure ease of future dialog with the same customers.
Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Must possess well-developed communication, problem solving, and organizational skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a passion for collections with a customer service mentality.
This is a fast-paced position handling a lot of responsibility, so you must have excellent time management skills.
