The Purpose
The Czarnowski team in Plano Texas, is seeking an ambitious, dynamic individual who is responsible for managing the day-to-day Financial Services duties related to specific client projects. They will play a critical part in the accounting and reconciliation of said projects. The right person will be detail-oriented, collaborative and have a solid accounting background.

Specific Requirements

• Supervise and manage daily accounting actives related to client projects
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
• Work with the Vice President Finance – Automotive Services on internal and external reporting and budgeting on a monthly and annual basis
• Work with the Accounts Payable team to help setup new vendors.
• Establish and foster relationships with external suppliers
• Work with the Accounts Payable team to help setup new vendors
• Organize project list and calendar, estimate and PO transactions, and all other financial and forecasting data sheets
• Coordination with client services teams to ensure timely client invoicing and collections
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement, document and maintain adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Experience and Education Requirements

• In depth experience with Microsoft Excel and Office products
• Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations preferred
• Working knowledge of accounting process and procedures required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Excellent team communication skills
• Team player capable of working with virtual teams across multiple locations
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines
• Critical thinker and eager to ask questions and learn why certain processes exist and how to navigate Czarnowski-specific systems
