Transformation Manager, Finance
Responsibilities:
• Run projects and meet milestones on time and on budget
• Manage project risks, issues, exceptions, and escalations
• Independently plan and drive programs/projects of significant complexity
• Organize overall project team and establish clear roles and responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create a detailed project plan
• Identify and mitigate project risks and minimize potential roadblocks
• Organize, facilitate, and document project meetings
• Drive assigned team actions to resolution by working with action owners
• Proactively identify dependencies & resolve issues between teams
• Influence decision-making & problem-solving across projects and teams
• Build and maintain relationships to increase collaboration and productivity
• Establish communications cadence to ensure appropriate project governance
• Serve as the point of contact and primary interface for all project-related issues
• Provide status updates and reviews in line with agreed milestones
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet the project’s goals and objectives
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
• Six Sigma/PMP or similar certification
• Excellent understanding of business practices as they relate to a Shared Services environment
• Good understanding of Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR, and Operations/Customer Service and their interdependencies
• Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing the direction of projects/strategies
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in documenting business and functional requirements, and developing and delivering management-level presentations and proposals
• Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools (e.g. AtTask, SharePoint, PPM, Google Sites)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project
