This position will also be responsible for our transaction management; assisting our agents and their clients from pre-listing to contract to close including ongoing communication with everyone involved with the transaction.

Compensation:
$40,000 – $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage office procedures and administrative duties to make sure the office runs smoothly
Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment
Plan real estate team meetings/events and update calendar appointments
Train and onboard new real estate agents
Listing coordination
Coordinate the creation of marketing material with 3rd party marketing vendors
Transaction Management: collect and organize documents, utilize checklists, manage various stages of the transaction, closely check all documents for completeness and ensure they are loaded into our back-office system, communicate with all parties involved (agents/ /insurance/title/inspectors/lenders, etc.) and ensure all details are correct for compliance for agents to be paid
Qualifications:
Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Internet skills especially Google’s online suite
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Ability to document and follow company processes especially those regarding real estate transactions
Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Additional duties as required by business need
Real Estate experience, especially transaction management experience, a huge plus
