What You Need for this Position
” Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, CFA, etc. & it’s great if you a dual degree or a graduate degree
” Must have advanced excel skills & strong problem solving abilities
” 2+ years of Financial Analysis experience
” Multi-family or Single-family real estate / property management industry experience
” Yardi experience is a big plus
” Strong background in accounting fundamentals & principles

What You Will Be Doing
” Preparing, analyzing operational & financial reports throughout the organization including forecasts + actuals
” Identifying trends, making recommendations around trends
” Presenting operational & economic models, supporting strategic initiatives
” Supporting, analyzing, company’s departments budgets
” Developing easy-to-follow presentations
” Lend a hand with development of modeling tools, budgeting, financial & operational forecasting, etc.
