Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Job Type: Direct-hire / Permanent
Salary: $120K to $150K DOE
Location: 100% REMOTE

What You Will Be Doing
- Work end-to-end with the data to clarify and drive the business use case, evaluate available data, etc.
- Identify opportunities and drive insights to improve conversion the B2C marketing funnel.
- Build dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring.
- Enable marketing partners to self-serve data.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in a quantitative analysis role
- High level of comfort in SQL
- Experience with tracking, tooling, deep-linking, experiment design, and implementation
- Experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau or similar
- B2C marketing or systems experience
Nice to have:
- Experience creating data pipelines using Airflow
- Experience with a programming language like Python or R

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
