Founded in 1929, we are a boutique CPA firm located 1 block from Philadelphia City Hall that specializes in Accounting & Assurance Services, Tax Services & Business Consulting Service. We have the need for a Remote Tax Manager to join our firm who has a well rounded public accounting background.

What You Will Be Doing
1) Prepare complex tax returns (individual, partnership, S & C corporation and fiduciary) & perform tax research
2) Respond to tax notices from taxing authorities
3) Review tax information supplied by the client and will meet with client regarding general or complex tax questions

What You Need for this Position
1) Bachelors in Accounting / Finance
2) 5+ years in S Corp, partnerships & C Corporations
3) CPA license
4) Proficiency in consolidations & individual tax planning / compliance
