We are a growing medical device manufacturer that focuses on beauty-related products based in Buffalo Grove, IL. Due to this growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with marketing communications, Adobe Creative Suite, project management, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation tools, and social media campaign management tools. Working in the medical device or beauty-related industry, Marketo, Wrike, Basecamp, Hootsuite, and/or Canva will be preferred as well!

What You Will Be Doing
- Create and maintain our brand guidelines, architecture, image, and assets.
- Research, develop, and implement marketing programs. These will involve advertisements, direct mail, social media marketing, on-site events, etc.
- Manage and coordinate agencies, vendors, and resources.
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams involving digital/product marketing, legal, sales, and regulatory teams.
- Create presentations for reporting, events, and pitches through data visualization and storytelling.
