Let’s talk about the role and the Team:
We’re looking to add an FPA Manager to our US Team. Reporting directly to the CFO this position will play a pivotal role working closely with the Executive team members to deliver quality business analysis and commercial insights. As this function grows, you will have the opportunity add additional team members to scale the function with the business.

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will include:

• Analysis and business case development
• Leading group financial planning and analysis
• Overseeing complex financial and operational modelling, and technical analysis
• Building relationships with and providing support to key operational and divisional stakeholders
• Responsibility for coordinating the planning function
• Drive process improvements and planning efficiencies as the role develops
• Being a key sounding board for CFO and ELT regarding business wide operational performance
• Building relationships with key non-finance stakeholders within the organization
• Co-ordinating the financial modelling, project analysis and business intelligence functions related to finance

Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:

• To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced FP&A professional with a desire to progress your career with a market leader
• You will have experience in a business model with a strong operational footprint of scale Experience with Enterprise SaaS software will be a big plus in enabling you to get up to speed quickly
• A big picture thinker who can reason at a strategic level to help find the details that will ensure our success
• Confidence and credibility to engage effectively and build relationships with senior executives
• An ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, remaining poised and efficient under pressure.
• A passion for driving process improvements and demonstrate initiative
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with a broad group of stakeholders are essential
• Technology adept to help maximize the value of our systems and drive continuous process improvement
