CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Resubmission and Reconciliation Manager to join our dedicated PSS Finance Rebates Modernization team. The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization team’s mission is to develop “Best in Class” PSS Finance business processes that align across the ecosystem. The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Resubmission and Reconciliation Manager ’s purpose is to partner with all of our business area stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Reconciliation and Resubmission processes within Payment and Invoicing space. The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Resubmission and Reconciliation Manager will partner with a cross-functional team of motivated, high performing business colleagues with a diverse background to drive improvements for the entire PSS Finance footprint.
The responsibilities of the PSS Finance Rebates Modernization team:
Govern and manage the architecture of PSS Rebates Modernization business operations processes within the greater PSS Finance ecosystem as it evolves, changes, and executes new initiatives.
Connect PSS Finance Rebates Modernization processes to the greater PSS Finance Rebate Modernization automated and integrated processes to foster business alignment, agility, and speed.
Develop a deep understanding of PSS Finance Rebates Modernization business and maintain a repository of blueprints including business to include current and future workflows, utilize scrum tools for documentation, create user stories, spikes, bugs and relate them to epics and work with IT partners to document the requirements for the technology solutions.
Continuously improve PSS Finance Rebates Modernization business to optimize business performance, drive new savings opportunities, strengthen controls; reduce audit risk, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve quality.
Facilitate the annual PSS Finance capital process; focus limited business and IT resources for greatest impact; and set annual strategic goals and follow through to deliver real and measurable results.
As an integral and important colleague in one of the world’s largest healthcare organizations, the PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Resubmission and Reconciliation Manager will be expected to model professionalism, innovation, and initiative, and deliver strong outcomes in all areas on a consistent basis. This is a broad and challenging role which requires granular understanding of business complexities within our PSS Finance Rebates Modernization business within the greater PSS Finance business processes and understanding of the PSS operating model.
The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Resubmission and Reconciliation Manager will report to the PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Payments Senior Manager and partner with the PSS Finance Rebate Modernization stakeholders upstream and downstream, with the PSS Finance Rebate Modernization business internal and external team members as well as with the IT Tech Team in order to achieve Resubmission and Reconciliation process modernization, optimization and quality excellence to include KPI and other reporting and analytics.
The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Resubmission and Reconciliation Manager will:
Review all current and new business requirements for the PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Resubmission and Reconciliation business process ensuring alignment with all stakeholders as well as optimizing process and data quality for operational excellence and by eliminating rework, errors, and re-pricing efforts.
o Work with IT Product Manager and Business Product Manager to gather the detailed requirements of each business requirement with each of the stakeholders in order to assist in devising a tactical solution to achieve higher operational quality, accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the Reconciliation and Resubmission business processes and workflows
o Document detailed requirements and report on progress of project activity; partner effectively with IT team members to ensure build and outcome are aligned to business documented needs.
o Document complex business challenges with workflows and user stories and confirm requirements with business stakeholders and subject matter experts for that business area.
o Assist in maintaining a repository of blueprints for Recon and Resub including business flows, documentation, epics (user stories) and technology solutions for the Resubmission and Reconciliation processes.
o Continuously update and maintain the documents and requirements of business processes
Maintain and foster strong relationships with business teams and subject matter experts throughout the PSS Finance organization.
o Develop and maintain partnerships with business key resources from each team to identify gaps and causes of process failures or poor data quality and create a path forward to rectify.
Stay abreast of the greater PSS Ecosystem processes and how they influence or connect to PSS Finance Reconciliation and Resubmission processes to foster business alignment, agility, and speed.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
5 years project management experience and or business analytics experience in a financial environments.

Ability to work on their own, take initiative to get answers and finalize requirements, and bring to the attention of the Senior Manager Payments any issues that need attention or escalation
Lead business leaders and business subject matter experts into gathering business requirements in a technical or business manner so that the requirements met in a timely manner
Business Analytical and Quality Assurance experience for highly regulated healthcare environment or Enterprise level companies is a plus.
Knowledge of scrum methodologies utilizing scrum tools, user stories, and work in a sprint driven environment
Proficiency with standard scrum tools such as Rally, JIRA, Agile Accelerator
Experience working with business stakeholders and subject matter expects to align on go forward strategies for quality assurance and business requirement alignment and implementation processes.
Attention to detail and experience working well in a complex business environment with diverse teams a must.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
