Position Summary

• Review renewal and new client business submissions
• Billing pricing exports
• Billing Accpac imports
• Accounts Payable
• Miscellaneous client pricing & product reconciliations
• Participate in meetings and initiatives related to onboarding, renewal and billing procedures
• Audit requests as necessary
• Respond to various ad-hoc inquiries and reporting requests

Required Qualifications

• Computer skills including but not limited to Accounting Software, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Windows
• Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Excel (ie : Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large multiple data files, etc)
• Uses knowledge / experience to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Some business management, accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Sage / Accpac financial software, a plus
• Associates Degree or higher in Business Mgmt, Finance, Accounting preferred

Education

Minimum HS Diploma with + years of relevant experience OR Associates Degree or Higher

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above
