Reporting to the Vice President, Client Services, the Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships, including providing reports, recommendations and timelines for projects. The ideal candidate will be able to drive strategic engagement, process improvements and growth plans with current clients while working with our Business Development team to ensure new customers are onboarded smoothly and successfully. Our Account Manager must have analytical and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to present program improvement suggestions to the client and the confidence to provide oversight on training programs for their clients’ programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3-5 Years Account/Client management experience Proficient in MS Suite and comfortable with new technologies Excellent customer service skills and practical process knowledge of customer service approaches Proven ability to create business relationships and expand services provided to clients Demonstrated success managing multiple client relationships Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence and collaborate with clients to deliver solutions.
