You will be the company’s “Voice” on the phone and will represent the company to customers.
Answers the phone and schedules sales, service, and/or maintenance appointments.
Maintains and updates customer files and records, as well as informing customers about the firm and/or services provided in compliance with company policies.
Performs administrative activities as directed by management.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
$85K-$100K Yearly
Full Time in Office Position

NO experience working in a call center is necessary
Superior organizing skills and a strong attention to detail
As this role requires substantial telephone work, exceptional verbal and writing communication skills are a plus. Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities
