CTG’s premier client has a contract assignment for a Marketing Automation Specialist.

Type: Contract
Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC*remote or hybrid available*

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5 pm EST

Pay Rate: up to $30/hr. Dependent on experience

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be part of our company’s Communication’s Global Digital Marketing Team and is responsible for executing strategic email and digital campaigns within Marketo, a marketing automation software. This includes the creation and activation of campaign templates, lead nurturing programs, and list uploads.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer lead management campaigns:
• Become Corning expert on marketing automation campaigns, and using in-region resources (website, Lead Development and Sales Development, Field Sales, webinars, etc.) to further engage, capture, and develop leads
• Partner with marketing managers and specialists to execute their lead development strategies using programs, campaigns, and lead forms
• Coordinate integration and execution of electronic marketing activities with marketing managers and specialists for events, trainings, mail campaigns, programs, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
• Create associated forms, banners, newsletters, etc. to support initiatives
• Work with Marketing on building /executing and translating digital activities and engagement into Marketo program, ensuring Marketo programs and campaigns are accurate, and performance /analytics align with reporting structure and strategy
• Upload lead lists generated from various regional marketing initiatives and advise marketing / project managers on best practices for campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing of campaign parameters, measure results, and adjust tactics to maximize results, as appropriate for the complexity of the campaign
• Audit all campaigns for accuracy, consistency, brand standards and best practice guidelines

Basic Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years / general business – experience in Marketo (or comparable platform) software is required
• High acumen with all Microsoft Office programs
• Financial analysis skills, including ability to build / interpret reports and collect metrics
• Knowledge of salesforce.com
