Responsibilities
At Soulshine, we strive to create positive work environments within this fast paced industry. We consider our General Manager as the keeper of culture and positivity. They sets the tone of the store for success, both operationally and emotionally.
This role’s main responsibility is to consistently deliver operational excellence providing remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, every day through a highly effective and caring team. Our leaders must treat those they work with, as well as guests, with great care, dignity, and respect.
Crumbl is rapidly opening new stores in multiple locations, and constantly developing and promoting talent, so there is tremendous opportunity to move up in the organization.

Future Leadership Opportunities
We are rapidly expanding our Crumbl locations throughout the region and plan to develop and promote from within for future roles as we grow.
Upon being hired, in order to ensure you are successful in the desired role of an assistant manager, a 90 day training period will take place to ensure you meet and excel in the job requirements of an assistant manager. This training period will involve starting, learning, and showing excellence in each position prior to moving onto the next position. Starting pay will be at a shift lead position and upon completion of the 90 day training period, assistant manager compensation and benefits will begin.
