By implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, our team members bring a solution that helps our clients with issues across financial management, human resources, operational efficiency, and information technology.
Crowe is currently seeking a Microsoft Human Resources Functional Consultant to help support the design and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resource module. In addition, the Human Resource Functional Consultant would participate in the sales process, responding to gap/fit analysis, demonstrating key functionality, and helping with strategic conversations with both our prospects and clients. This position is for a Senior or Manager Consultant in a growing national Microsoft Dynamics implementation practice. Crowe has been successful in aggressively growing this practice over the past decade. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations – Human Resources
Qualifications:
Understand the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resource functionality in detail, and lead the configuration of key human resources areas:
Business areas:
Personnel Management
Benefits Management
Compensation Management
Recruiting Management
Task Management
Employee Self-Service
Employee Development
Learning
Finance and or Trade and Logistics implementation experience is a plus (specifically with Dynamics is not required).
Other Qualifications / Responsibilities:
Ability to respond to how well Dynamics can meet HR / Talent requirements.
Ability to work with clients and prospects to review HR-related business processes.
Ability to lead demonstrations for clients and prospects.
2+ years of consulting experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics Human Resources / Talent.
Work with clients to define the business requirements required for them to successfully implement the Microsoft Dynamics solution.
Work with clients to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 in detail to meet the defined business requirements.
Assist with business process redesign activities.
Work with the technical team to define and test any potential customizations to the solution, including data conversions, interfaces, and functional enhancement.
Work with clients to test and validate the final configured solution meets the requirements.
Determine and manage the detailed cutover activities to migrate to the new system.
Assist clients with questions and issues after cutover.
Work with Microsoft support if issues arise with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
Ability to help grow additional Microsoft Dynamics HR functional consultants over time.
Anticipated travel will be up to 50% annually.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,800 to $163,200.
