About the Role:
The Finance Manager will join a fast-paced corporate FP&A team to manage the company’s revenue, ARR, and bookings forecast. By developing complex long term-financial models, you will provide the analysis and reporting to help drive decision making by CrowdStrike’s senior management team and support the company-wide planning process. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with various teams across the organization, such as sales, data analytics, investor relations, and accounting. Remote candidates will be considered but preference is to be based out of Irvine, Sunnyvale, or El Segundo, CA.

What You’ll Do:
Lead forecasting, analysis, and scenario planning for company revenue
Develop complex financial models for ACV, TCV, and ARR
Manage the monthly financial close, budget to actuals, and reporting activities
Create executive presentations and perform ad-hoc analysis for special projects
Manage and report KPIs through visualizations to executives and cross-functional teams
Engage with Data Analytics and other teams to ensure accuracy of financial data
What You’ll Need:
5-8 years of relevant experience forecasting ARR/bookings at a high-growth private or public software/security company in a finance/strategy/sales ops role
Detailed understanding of SaaS metrics, i.e. bookings, ARR, churn, attach rates, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost.
Experience with big data, such as extracting value from large, disconnected and/or unstructured datasets
Team player who achieves corporate objectives while also working efficiently and accurately under tight time constraints
High aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modeling.
Superior attention to detail – must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
Expert user with Microsoft Excel; proficient with Saleforce.com and Tableau; familiarity with Adaptive Insights Planning and NetSuite a plus.
Full understanding of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field required. MBA is a plus
