Title: Manager, Product Training Department: Customer Success
Supervisor: VP, Customer Success FLSA Status: Exempt

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for leading Crisis24’s internal and external product training offerings for all products and services across our global client base. Creates scenario-based training scripts that highlight existing functionality and key work flows with a particular emphasis on new features and enhancements. Ensures training materials and programs are current, accurate and effective. Takes a leading role in crafting relevant client communications to ensure clients and partners are kept appraised of product updates and new features and maintains a solid understanding of how to use our products and services.
Partners with colleagues and internal subject matter experts to provide training on how to use our products and services and educates clients on post-Implementation process flow and communication channels. Maintains current knowledge of company strategies and technological/product development. Participates in User Acceptance Testing of technology enhancements as needed. Responsible for collecting and sharing key metrics and KPIs, including survey results reflecting client feedback. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience
5 to 10 years’ experience
Skills
Effective and engaging presenter; Excellent facilitation skills with ability to moderate large groups; French language skills a plus; Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communications;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Passionate about business, industry; eager to master product and service knowledge; Confident and assertive; Responsible and reliable; Passionate and Innovative; Excellent track record of delivery within agreed time frames; Technologically savvy; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with LMSs, GoToWebinar and Zendesk not required, but a plus.
