Associates play an integral role in the innovation, production and distribution of original research as a member of a Senior Analyst’s research franchise.
You will gain outstanding exposure to the Financials industry as well as to all of Credit Suisse’s premiere business franchises.
Through your interactions with senior management of the companies under coverage, key opinion leaders within the industry, buy-side clients and your counterparts in sales, trading, fixed income and investment banking, you will gain extensive industry and company knowledge.

Securities Research helps accelerate the bank-wide evolution, innovation, and response required to support the changing needs of our clients, regulators and the markets in which we operateWhat we are looking for an applicant with Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in biological sciences (or an adjacent area) along with a demonstrated interest accounting, finance or public market investments.
1-2 years’ experience in equity research, investment banking, consulting or related experience in Financials industry strongly preferred with market research experience in the Specialty Finance industry as an alternative.
Ability to read, analyze, and synthesize industry data, as well as craft persuasive critical writing.
Ability to create market/company models and discover/interrogate the key assumptions that drive the models.
Demonstrated understanding of business modeling and accounting principles.
Excellent PC skills; advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must.
Series SIE, 7, 63, 86, and 87 required – successful completion will be required shortly after employment begins.
