Finance-Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist (Morrisville, NC): Work on regulatory interpretation, impact calculations, & variance analysis & support ad hoc queries covering regulatory topics & audit issues. Coordinate requirements, deliverables, & activities with business partners & data providers. Drive innovative solutions & automation to improve process efficiency. Analyze & assess end-to-end data flow of banking products, such as derivatives, loans, bonds, & equities to create balance sheet positions & generate Leverage Exposure (LVE) to meet regulatory capital requirements. Prepare & review Management Information System (MIS) reports explaining LVE movements at the cluster, entity, & segment levels for stakeholders, including the Front Office, business, senior management, & regulators. Analyze & validate LVE numbers calculated from implemented solutions to ensure that they are in line with regulatory guidelines. Develop procedural enhancements & automation tools to enhance & improve audit activities & financial reporting related to regulatory submissions. Provide quarterly balance sheet datasets for projections in Dodd Frank Act Stress Testing. Work with Basel regulations covering leverage exposure & capital calculation & regulatory risk management compliance & reporting.
