The Cultural Fit
As the Finance Manager, you’re responsible for the overall financial health of the agency. You’ll spend a good amount of time monitoring and analyzing data for creative projects, but you’ll also support our executive management team by offering insights and guidance to help make the best business decisions for the agency.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Advise on agency activities and provide strategies that the agency should take
Analyze costs, pricing, project results and the agency’s actual financial performance
Develop trends and projections for the agency’s finances
Manage the preparation of the agency’s budget
Set goals and objectives; design a framework for these to be met
Collaborate with other teams to provide guidance and oversight for financial needs
Provide support to our account teams utilizing our planning tool, ClickUp
Work closely with our co-founders to ensure business needs are anticipated and met as we continue to grow
The Value You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Finance Manager (you’ve done this before and if you’ve done it in an advertising/creative agency—even better)
Extensive comprehension of financial trends within the agency and general agency/market patterns
Ability to effectively communicate with both finance and creative teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
You know how to operate under tight deadlines and time constraints
