ing to the CFO, the Finance Manager will be key to growing the Finance function, analyzing performance, strategy and assisting with acquisitions.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
Monthly Business Performance Analysis and ing
Support budgeting/forecasting for various areas such as by customer, product, location, department
Analyze Revenue/Cost/SGA drivers and operational metrics
Support business with planning and ing for revenue and gross margin by customer and product lines
Work with Senior Leadership to build and consolidate annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Evaluate existing processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
Working with senior leadership on strategic planning
Provide insights to CFO with financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability
Experience for the Finance Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of Manufacturing industry experience
Strong experience with metrics and KPI ing
Analytical skills and ability to process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions
Experience working with Senior Leadership
Strong excel
Tableau or similar a plus
Experience working with large ERP system
Strong organization skills with attention to detail
Strong leadership and presentation skills
Ability to work within fast paced team environment
