Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a fast growing/highly profitable manufacturing company located south of Boston to identify an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join their team.

Specialize in designing, manufacturing and servicing

This position is on a hybrid basis
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist:
Review the AR aging report on a weekly basis
Communicate with customers, updating internal teams if payment plans are necessary
Analyze short payments and follow up to resolve
Guide customers through ACH process for easier payments
Background Expected of Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist:

years’ experience in billing, collections, or similar responsibilities
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with a customer database (e.g. Salesforce)
No educational requirement
